Usage Rights Explained

One-Time-Use
This means you pay a fee to use a cartoon once in your publication, on your web site, or for any other purpose, but I retain the rights to the cartoon for further sales . . .

All Rights
This means you pay to own the cartoon for your use in whatever way you see fit. Under these rights, I lose all control over the cartoon; in other words, it's yours! All my stock cartoons are available for either one-time-use or all rights If you purchase all rights to a stock cartoon, then I'll remove that version from my site. Custom cartoons are always sold to you with all rights, unless your publication rights are different. . .
