Hi! My name is Jerry Emerson and I've been a
freelance caricaturist and magazine cartoonist for over 30 years. You may
have seen my work in such publications as Omni, National Enquirer, Saturday
Evening Post, Science Digest, TV Guide, New Woman and more. I now work almost
exclusively on the web, so you may either hire me for special cartoon work or
buy the rights to any cartoon displayed on this web site. Rights are available
for web or print use and may be obtained for one-time-use or for complete ownership.
("Agar" [image to the left] is a blue footed booby and acts as a sort of web site mascot. You'll see him around the site, noting special sections.
He'll be featured in my single panel cartoon comic, as well, which will premier on this
site in the near future.)

These are cartoons I have already drawn. They usually
vary in subject so there is a large variety you
may select from, fitting many uses for print or the web. Catagories include, off beat,
computer, relationships, politics, social, animals and more.
Cartoon Usage Rights
One-Time-Use
This means you pay a fee to use a cartoon once in your publication, on your web site, or for any other purpose, but I retain the rights to the cartoon for further sales.
All Rights
This means you pay to own the cartoon for your use in whatever way you see fit. Under these rights, I lose all control over the cartoon; in other words, it's yours! All my stock cartoons are available for either one-time-use or all rights.

because about 30% of the cartoons I do are based on gag writer submitted work. If you are a seasoned or new gag writer, you may send gags to me, using the criteria found at the link bellow. You'll find submission requirements, gag slants needed and a form to get in touch with me.
